VIOLIN & VIOLA LESSONS
Ms. Isabelle maintains two teaching locations for the 2020-2021 school year. She teaches private lessons at her home in Evanston, and is on faculty with New Music School in downtown Chicago.
MS. ISABELLE'S PRIVATE STUDIO
Ms. Isabelle offers private violin and viola lessons in her home in Evanston. She has been teaching in the Chicago area for over 10 years, and works with all ability levels. She specializes in teaching beginners of all ages and adults. As a trained Suzuki and O'Connor (fiddle) method teacher, Ms. Isabelle offers opportunities for her students to learn Classical and/or Fiddle and Folk music. She loves to teach improvisation and composition to her students of all ages.
Students who study with Ms. Isabelle and with Pascal Innocenti perform regularly in studio recitals. These typically take place in December, March and June. This recital picture (above) is from our Spring 2018 student recital at First Presbyterian Church in Evanston. Our recitals typically include solos, and few fiddle tunes everyone can play together as a group.
NEW MUSIC SCHOOL
Ms. Isabelle has joined the faculty of New Music School starting Fall 2020. She looks forward to running the new Suzuki Program at GEMS Academy in downtown Chicago and growing a private studio at 900 N. Michigan Ave. She guides students to play beautifully through high standards and diligent training in group classes and private lessons. Under her guidance the students grow confidence in their expressive and technical abilities.
PASCAL INNOCENTI'S PRIVATE STUDIO
Ms. Isabelle's husband, Pascal Innocenti, also teaches from home and takes beginners ages 7 and up, and loves working with advanced students. He is a wonderful chamber coach and loves to help students with technique and audition preparation. Check out Isabelle & Pascal playing a duet here!
